Does anyone have authority to give easement to my electric meter pole other than myself.?
The telephone coop and the electric coop have trenched into my yard, tresspassed under my home, and run utilities off of my meter and pole and conveiniently cut the phone line outside my yard fence without contacting me. They say that they got easement from my ex-in-laws, who do not have anything to do inside my yard. They own outside my fence.
