Riding lawn mower question… I have a Lawn Chief 830 Series that I love!!! The engine runs perfect…?
Engine and gears run strong as hell… However, when I push the engage blade lever, the engine stops! I was cutting lawn and the blade just quit on me. So now, the engine turns on, gears run, and the mower itself runs, but no blade action and the motor shuts off when I try to use the blade. Any help?
Using all needed caution, check to see if the blades can be turned by hand. If not the bearings may be siezed or something has jammed the blade.
